Program Description: "Inner Rhythms" is a workshop and tour program designed to bring participants on a spiritual journey to understand mikveh. This ground-breaking and innovative project brings women from diverse secular backgrounds together for educational and spiritual enrichment through a carefully designed workshop and tour on the concept of mikveh. Commonly negative, pre-conceived of an irrelevant and unhygienic tradition, dissipate as women will experience the aesthetic beauty of the world class Tsfat Mikveh as well as explore the depth of a Jewish woman's inner rhythms, lifecycles and timeless heritage. Participants will connect body and soul through a gentle Jewish Meditation workshop with music, discover feminine Jewish spirituality by learning the historical, traditional and kabbalistic themes of the mikveh tradition, and tour a state-of-the-art world-acclaimed mikveh facility.* Group Details: 20 participants per group / up to two groups can be done simultaneously. Each group is hosted for a 40-minute tour and 15-minute movement, meditation and learning session.** *Optional 12-minute movie ** Programs for men: An additional 20 people, can tour the adjacent ancient Ari Cave and Mikveh and have a short Q & A session with a real "chassid," former Moshav Rav from Yeshiva University, Hesder Yeshiva, MBA.
